Linking to External Files

Linking to External Files


Choose External File from the Event Media dropdown list:




Click on the BLUE + SELECT EXTERNAL FILE button.  Navigate to the External File subfolder of the Assets folder  (or wherever the video is located on your computer/network) and find the specific video that you want to link to this Event.  Click Select.

If the External File that you selected was not already in the External File subfolder of the Assets folder, you will be notified that the External File will be copied from that location to the External File subfolder.

Click the BLUE OK button.

The External File is now ready to be linked to the event.
The External File path will be shown in the External File Details Panel.
Click the GREEN SAVE EVENT button.
