In order to link media to an event, choose from the Event Media dropdown list:
Image Gallery (Multiple Images - jpg, png)
Video (single video - .mp4, or ,mov)
Audio (single audio file - .mp3 or .wav)
External File (single file - .ppt, .pdf, .xlsx, etc.)

There are two different ways to add an image to an event:  1.  BLUE + ADD IMAGE button or 2.  BLUE + CONVERT PDF button.

1.  LINKING JPG's and PNG's to an Event
Click the BLUE + ADD IMAGE button, navigate to the assets folder, and then the images folder of your project (or where ever your image is), and select the image.  You can add multiple images at once by selecting several images at the same time.  Once selected, the images are displayed in the Linked Images Panel.

C
lick the GREEN SAVE EVENT button and the images are linked to that Event.

The blue camera icon in the Event List shows that an image has been linked to that event.

If you would like to change the order of the images, click and drag the hamburger menu (to the left of the image in the Linked Images Panel) and move the image to a different position in the Image List.  Then click on the GREEN SAVE EVENT button to confirm the changed sequence.

Converting a PDF
Instead of choosing a .jpg or .png you can link one or all pages of a PDF to an Event.  Click on the BLUE + CONVERT PDF button, navigate to the PDF folder in your projects assets folder (or where ever your PDF file is), find your PDF that you want to add and click OPEN.  The PDF Conversion Window will appear.  Click the BLUE CONVERT button.  The settings are already preset for you - so you do not need to change those settings.

Once the conversion is finished, a folder is created (that has the name of the PDF ) in the Images Folder inside the Assets Folder of the Project,  Each of the pages of that PDF will now appear as jpg's in that folder and will also appear as linked images in the Linked Images List.
