Linking Video to an Event

Linking Video to an Event

Choose Video from the Event Media dropdown list:









Click on the BLUE + ADD VIDEO button.  Navigate to the Video subfolder of the Assets folder  (or wherever the video is located on your computer/network) and find the specific video that you want to link to this Event.  Click Select.

If the video that you selected was not already in the Video subfolder of the Assets folder, you will be notified that the video file will be copied from that location to the Video subfolder.

Click the BLUE OK button.

The video file is now ready to be linked to the event.

Click the GREEN SAVE EVENT button.

The Event is listed in the Event List with a Green Video Camera Icon indicating that a Video is linked to that Event.
