You can turn the visibility of an event OFF by LEFT MOUSE CLICKing on the Event Icon. This will leave a soft appearance of the ICON on the timeline removing textual details of the event and any Poster. By rolling your mouse over the Event Icon, the details will become lightly visible. By LEFT MOUSE CLICKing on the Event Icon, the Event Visibility will turn back ON.
You can turn all events ON or OFF by going to the File Menu System and clicking ALL EVENTS ON or by using Keystroke COMMAND 1 - ON or Keystroke COMMAND 2 - OFF .
In order to access the File Menu System on a PC, you need to get out of full screen mode by clicking COMMAND F (Mac) or CTRL F (PC).
