TimeLaw and CrimeLines permit the User to add our own icons:
1. Navigate to the assets folder for the project,
2. Find the icons folder, and
3. Add (previously created) .SVG files - drop those into the icon sub folder of the assets folder.
Once Custom Icons exist in the Icons subfolder, the User can attach those to each of the events.
Here is a set of Free Icons to start with:
Here is how to get them into your projects:
1. Download the file (link above).
2. Unzip it and save the project to where you want it to be kept
3. Open TimeLaw
4. Click Start App
5. Click Open Project
6. Find the "unzipped" project file (you just unzipped and saved).
7. Open one of the two projects:
WIN_Free_icons_01_darkbackground
WIN_Free_icons_01_lightbackground
8. Close the example project.
9. Go to the "Icons" folder inside the assets folder of the project folder and copy the icon folder to one of your projects (inside the assets folder - add to or replace the existing "Icons" folder)
10. Open up your project and add an event - then replace the icon with one of the "Custom Icons"
