Span Events

Another way to customize an event is to make it a Span Event.

Click on the Event in the Event List,

Select Span

Add the Event End Date

Click the GREEN SAVE EVENT button.

The event now is a span event.  The span is shown both on the event itself and on the bottom timeline.
