View Timeline in Full Screen Mode
When presenting the timeline, type CTRL F on your keyboard to show the timeline in FULL SCREEN mode.

If the timeline is in FULL SCREEN mode already, then type CTRL F to make the window smaller (i.e., not full screen) - window is set to the setting of the Timeline Window Size found in the View menu. One reason to make the timeline window smaller is for being able to access the menu system (only Windows machines; not necessary on Apple machines).

Turning All Events ON or OFF
Make sure the Timeline WIndow is active - and go to the File Menu System: View/All Events ON View/All Events OFF or by using Keystrokes: CTRL 1 (PC) or COMMAND 1 (Apple) - ON or CTRL 2 (PC) or COMMAND 2 (Apple) - OFF.
